Refund policy

Komma is a US$14.99 one-time purchase, charged when payment completes. Request a full refund for any reason within 14 days (336 hours) of payment completion. Requests received exactly at the deadline qualify. This is not a free trial or subscription cancellation.

Email [email protected] with your purchase email address and order number. Do not send full card details or a full license key. Eligibility uses the time your request arrives, not our reply time. Inbound mail and support-address replies have been verified.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, and the underlying license key is disabled. Existing refunds and payment disputes are reconciled to avoid duplication. Bank processing and exchange-rate differences are outside our control.

Stop using Komma after a refund. Already-open work can be saved before closing. Offline devices learn of revocation on their next validation or when offline access expires. Your saved CSVs remain yours.

Contact support about problems after the voluntary refund window. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Komma is currently preparing for launch.
