License terms

This is a product information site. Orders, payments and app downloads are not yet available. The following are the core terms for the planned launch.

Komma is supplied and supported by Yuto Takahashi, an individual in Japan. Payments after launch will be handled by Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms.

A non-exclusive license for one person to use Komma on two Macs they control. Purchased 1.x can be used perpetually, with 1.x updates included. Future major upgrades are separate.

Activation and periodic validation communicate with Lemon Squeezy. Credentials are stored in the Mac’s Keychain. The offline window is up to 30 days from successful validation. Deactivate the old Mac to move a slot.

A refunded or disabled license cannot open new documents. Work opened while licensed remains available until closed so it can be finished, saved and recovered. Ownership of your CSV contents is not transferred to the supplier.

US$14.99, charged once, with applicable taxes and total shown before payment. The refund policy provides full refunds requested within 14 days. Check requirements and keep backups of important data. Universal CSV fidelity and uninterrupted service are not promised. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liability are preserved.
